At Printmast, every order is created just for you. Since we print every product individually and on demand, our items are considered custom-made. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges in cases where you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or no longer want the product.
That being said, your satisfaction is our priority. While we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to our error, we do stand behind the quality of our work and will always make things right if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please carefully review our detailed policy below:
1. Order Cancellations

Production begins shortly after an order is placed.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Requests submitted after this timeframe cannot be accepted since your order will already be in production.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@printmast.com, including your order number.

Approved cancellations will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are custom printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Ordering the wrong size, color, or design.

Deciding you no longer want the product.

Expectation differences if the item matches the description and images shown on our website.
Tip: Please carefully check size charts, design previews, and product descriptions before finalizing your purchase.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item due to our error:

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@printmast.com.

Provide your order number and attach clear photos showing the issue (defect, damage, or wrong item).
Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

Replacement: A new item will be printed and shipped at no extra cost.

Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full or partial refund.
4. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages (USPS)
We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS). While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Printmast is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
If USPS marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages that are marked as delivered. -
Lost in Transit:
If your package is lost in transit (never marked as delivered), contact us, and we will work with USPS to investigate. Depending on the situation, we may send a replacement. -
Damaged During Shipping:
If your order arrives visibly damaged due to transit, please email us photos within 7 days so we can assist with a replacement.
5. Conditions for Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

The item was defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly due to our mistake.

You received the wrong item.

You requested a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Customer ordering errors (wrong size, design, or color).

6. Refund Process & Timeline

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider).
